First Meal

The first meal Kareena consumes in the morning is soaked Badams/Banana around 9-10 A.M.

Brunch

As prescribed by her Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar, Kareena takes her second meal around 12 P.M. and consumes Dal, Paneer Sabzi, and Roti or Dahi rice and Papad.

Mid-Time Meal

Kareena consumes her third meal around 2-3 P.M. She consumes a small bowl of papaya or a handful of Makhanas (fox nuts)

Evening Snacks

Kareena likes to have a Mango milkshake or some chivda (poha) for her evening snacks around 5-6 P.M.

Dinner

Kareena’s nutritionist Rutuja advised her to have wholesome meals for dinner. Hence, Kareena consumes Dal, Rice & Sabzi or Veg Pulao, and Raita for Dinner around 8 P.M.

Before Bed

Before Kareena goes to sleep, she consumes Tumeric Milk with Nutmeg. This helps in boosting metabolism.
