New Delhi | Jagran Trending Desk: As the nation glued on to its television screens for PM Modi’s fifth televised address during the COVID crisis, the speculations and anticipations about the subjective contents of PM Modi’s speech were reaching the top all across the country.

But twenty minutes into his 8:00 PM Monologue with ‘Aatma-nirbhar’ (self-reliant) being the keyword of his televised address, PM announced a Rs 20 lakh crore huge economic stimulus package, which amounts to ten per cent of India’s total GDP – among the biggest in the world.

Moments after, internet started debating how many zeroes does this huge figure have. Yes! For the tweeples, that was the biggest burning-tickling question of the much talked about evening.

“Don't know about the details but right now a billion people in India are trying to figure out 20 lakh crores contains how many zeroes,” a user named @parrysingh wrote.

“A quick question: how many zeroes does 20 lakh crore hold ?,” another user wrote.

Suhel Seth wrote: I guess most anchors and spokespersons will be trying to figure out the number of zeros in 20 lakh crores! For a brief while the FM made life easy for them when she tweeted 20 lakhs! The worst off will be the international press who won’t know what the hell lakhs and crores are!

A handle, humour_hritik , shared a picture of Aamir Khan’s character in Ghajini and dropped the same speculation that,he is ’trying to count number of Zeroes in 20 Lakh Crore #20lakhcrores’

Another Twitter handle, shared a moment from cartoon show ‘Richie Rich’, whose protagonist is a terrifically rich young boy, and indicating that ‘only person who didn't have to put pressure on brain to tell the number of zeros in 20 lakh crores’ was him.
