New Delhi | Jagran Technology Desk: Facebook-owned Whatsapp has announced the release of a spree of new features on its beta app non-Apple’s iPhone. Along with some generic bug improvements, and neutralisations, Whatsapp will stimulate some voice over improvements in its iOS version, although the biggest highlight remains the Contacts Shortcut feature.

The bubble colour of its messenger’s interface has also been changed slightly to a different shade of green, for a change to those who wanted and even demanded changes on iTunes for Whatsapp’s Dark feature. More iOS Whatsapp users will be able to see constant shortcuts in the iOS Share Sheet with the new WhatsApp v2.20.80.22 beta version for iPhone, Whatsapp updates tracker WABetainfo said. The latest update will work for the iPhone users who are currently using the iOS 13.6 beta version of the iOS, it added.

Earlier in the last month, only a handful of the users spotted the Contact bubbles in the v2.20.70.19 beta version of the app on iPhone.

With the current update, more number of users will be able to use the Contact bubbles update on iPhone. In the currently updated Contacts Shortcut feature, if an iPhone user’s contact changes his or her profile picture then it will immediately reflect in the iPhone Share Sheet, making the whole messenger interface interactively synchronised for a smooth and friendly users experience.

As far as the improvements in the voice over for iPhone users are concerned, then the Facebook-owned Whatsapp will improve the support for Voice Over for the archive/unarchive chat feature, making it easier than before to get the archiving or unarchiving of chats done with as much ease, if not more like the android users.

These features, however, are currently limited only to the Beta users of iPhone.
