New Delhi | Jagran News Desk: A new imitator has entered the market to take on Korean smartphone company Samsung's most sold smartphone Galaxy Note 10 Plus. A Chinese company Kimtien has come up with a model named Kimtien Note 10 Plus which looks remarkably like Samsung's flagship device with the same colour and stylus. The main reason for the success of Galaxy Note 10 Plus was because of the stylus in the device. It is evident that the companies copying the specs of the device would want to copy the stylus of the smartphone.

But the success of Kimtien would not be as successful as Samsung. The Kimtien Note 10 Plus costs Rs 11,850. The amount is less than one fifth as compared to Samsung Note 10 Plus (Rs 79,999).

As per listed specifications, the smartphone runs on 10-core CPU made by MediaTek coupled with 8GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage.

Kimtien Note 10 Plus includes 6.8-inch screen, Bluetooth 4.0 support and a 4800 mAh battery. The device includes 3.5 mm audio jack. It also has 23 MP and 13 MP front and back camera. The details mentioned on a shopping site says the smartphone runs on Android 9.1 and supports dual SIM.

When it comes to Samsung Note 10 Plus, the device includes 6.8-inch screen. The device is coupled with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB internal memory. The device comes with 12 MP (Dual Aperture)+ 12 MP+ 16 MP+ TOF with a 10 MP secondary camera. It comes with 4300 mAh battery and runs on Android 9.

As per reports, thousands of units of the Kimtein Note 10 Plus are currently available in the market, which means whoever is manufacturing the smartphone has a well-run operation in place.

Samsung may take note of the issue and hold these makers accountable for design theft, but that remains to be seen.

Kimtien Note 10 Plus is available on China’s Aliexpress.
