New Delhi | Jagran Technology Desk: Samsung, while listing the specifications of Galaxy A-31 smartphone, has categorically stated that it will launch the middle-range smartphone in India on June 4. The device has already been listed on the company's website with a "Notify Me" icon.

The Seoul-based smartphone maker has revealed some of the specifications of A-31 which enables us to substantiate the company's claims of the extraordinary performance of the yet-to-be-released smartphone.

Samsung has revealed that the smartphone will come with a 6.4-inch AMOLED Infinity-U display which can resolute full HD+ impressions. Some unconfirmed reports have suggested that A31 will come with 64GB or 128GB memory options expandable up to 512GB with a microSD card. According to industry sources, the phone will be powered by a MediaTek octa-core processor.

Samsung has said that Galaxy A31 will have a quad rear camera setup with a primary 48-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, 5-megapixel macro shooter and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. The unconfirmed reports have claimed that the selfie camera could be a 20-megapixel sensor.

The phone will enable the faster connectivity with 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a USB-Type port. Samsung has also said that the phone will have 5,000mAh battery flaunting a 15W fast charging.

An IANS report has claimed while citing its sources that the phone will go on sale through all the of Samsung's offline and online sale channels alongside the e-commerce platforms. The price line is touted to be starting from Rs 23,000 in India, although the official confirmation on the price lines is awaited from Samsung's end.

Galaxy A31 is the third A series device to launch in India in 2020. Till now, Samsung has launched two Galaxy A devices in the country; Galaxy A51 was launched in January, Galaxy A71 - the premium device in the Galaxy A line-up - went on sale in February.
