New Delhi | Jagran Tech Desk: Smartphone manufacturer Samsung is all set to launch its upcoming flagship smartphones Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10 Plus at a launch event scheduled on August 7 2019. Ahead of the phone’s launch, few renders of the device were leaked online, which gives insight of the latest Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus.

According to reports, the Samsung Note 10 will feature a 6.3-inch display, which will be the smallest screen size since the Galaxy Note 7, while, on the other hand, the Galaxy Note 10 Plus will come with a 6.8-inch display, equipped with Octa core (2.7 GHz, Dual Core + 2.3 GHz, Dual core + 1.9 GHz, Quad core) processor, and will likely to have 8GB and 128GB storage and 12GB and 256GB storage variants.

The latest, reduction to the smartphone is the 3.5mm headphone jack, as Samsung finally ditches the headphone jack and the users will have to rely on Bluetooth earphones or the USB Type-C earphones.

The positioning of the camera module has also been changed in the upcoming next-generation Galaxy Note-series smartphones. On the backside, the camera module is now placed in the top-left corner with sensors stacked vertically. As for the front-facing camera, it is at the center of the display.  

The triple camera set-up of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 will come with a 12 MP primary sensor, a 12 MP telephoto lens, and a 16 MP ultra-wide lens. On the other hand, the Galaxy Note 10 Plus will come with four camera sensors on the back.

The leaks suggest that both the handsets may house a beefy 4,300mAh battery with 45W wired fast-charging support. Note 10 and Note 10 Plus, were tipped to come with a 25W charger out-of-the-box and will support 15W PowerShare for reverse wireless charging. Apart from this, both the phones are expected to feature an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner similar to the Galaxy S10 series.

The Galaxy Note 10 is likely to be priced at Rs.77,000 and Note 10 Plus will be priced at Rs. 89,000.
