New Delhi | Jagran Tech Desk: HMD Global had launched its mid-range budget smartphone Nokia 7.2 last week. The device is available for sale from today. The predecessor to Nokia 7.1 was unveiled at IFA 2019. The device is available at low cost and better-upgraded features as compared to its previous version. It runs on the Android One platform-based operating system and includes Google certified optimized interface to provide it better accessibility.


Nokia 7.2 includes 6.3-inch full HD+ display and supports HDR10. It includes Qualcomm snapdragon 660 chipset processor chipset coupled with 4GB or 6GB RAM. For photography, the device has triple rear camera setup with a combination of Quad Pixel technology and ZEISS Optics to click brighter pictures under any lighting conditions. It includes 48 MP primary sensor, 5 MP and 8MP ultra and wide-angle lens (or sensor depth). It has a 20 MP front camera to capture excellent selfies via AI-powered camera with ZEISS optics inside the notch. It is powered by a 3500 mAh battery.

Price and offers

Nokia 7.2 starting price in India commences at Rs 18,599. It is available in two storage options: 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 64GB storage capacities, which can be increased up to 512 GB via memory card. Its high-end variant costs Rs 19,599. It is available in charcoal and cyan green colour option. The smartphone can be bought on the official website of and e-commerce sites such as Flipkart.

Among offers, HDFC card users will get a cashback offer of up to 10 per cent. Jio users will get a cash benefit of up to Rs 7,200. There is also a Rs 2,000 exchange offer.
