New Delhi | Jagran Tech Desk: Huawei's first-ever foldable smartphone Huawei Mate X is expected to launch in September this year, as per reports. Some features of the smartphone have leaked, it may include HiSilicon Kirin 990 chipset processor.

Huawei Mate X could be based on EMUI 9.1.1 and Android Pie. It includes two full view display with a 6.6-inch screen and a resolution of 1148*2480 pixels with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Another display includes 6.38-inch screen with 892*2480 pixels resolution with 25:9 aspect ratio. After unfolding the handset, it becomes an 8-inch device with OLED full view display and a screen resolution of 2480*2200 with 8:71 aspect ratio.

As per reports, the RRB camera sensor will be used in Huawei Mate X as compared to the traditional camera sensor RGB which will produce excellent photos under low light conditions. The price of this smartphone is USD 2,600 (Rs 185,000). It could be presented at the IFA 2019 event in Berlin this year.

HiSilicon chipset could also be included in Huawei's other devices such as Huawei Mate 30 and Huawei Mate 30 Pro. Huawei Mate 30 Pro could come with a 6.7-inch screen with 90 Hz AMOLED display. It can include a 55W fast charging support and both in and under the display fingerprint sensor. It may include a punch-hole selfie camera and dual 40 MP camera sensors. HarmonyOS could be included in the device.

Earlier, Foldable smartphone was presented by Samsung which will also be launched in September 2019. Samsung Galaxy Fold roughly costs Rs 141,000.
