Garmin launched its premium smartwatch Forerunner 945 in India on Monday. This watch is launched in India keeping in mind the growing advanced runners and sports enthusiasts community. Forerunner 945 is launched with a long list of new and improvised features. So what all are these features and how can they help you in your day to day routines? Take a look.

Music is an important part of workout routines and for all you music lovers who love to listen to your favourite songs while running or doing an outdoor activity you can now store up to 1,000 songs in this watch which makes it a stunning triathlon wearable device too. You can sync your music from streaming services like Spotify or you have the option to transfer your favourite tracks directly from your computer or laptop into the watch. Forerunner 945 comes with an advanced feature of tracking you oxygen intake too which helps the athlete to analyse their oxygen intake while performing a particular sport, you can now even track your recovery time and the anaerobic training effect through it.

A lot of smartwatches these days offer safety and tracking options and so does Forerunner 945 but with an extra edge with features like a built-in Incident detection with the help of which you can share your real-time location with a set of pre-chosen contacts and in case of an emergency your loved one can reach out to you quickly. The Forerunner 945 is a reliable training companion with good battery life - up to 2 weeks in smartwatch mode; up to 10 hours in GPS mode with music, 40 hours in GPS mode without music and upto 60 hours in Ultratrac mode. The Forerunner 945 is available in black and blue colour options and is priced at Rs 59,990.
