New Delhi | Jagran tech Desk: Game centric smartphone Asus ROG Phone 2 was launched in India on Monday. The device is based on Snapdragon 855+ chipset processor coupled with 12 GB LPDDR4X RAM to provide better gaming experience among smartphone users. For the same, it also includes DTS stereo support and X Ultra support. The company has also launched some of its accessories in the market such as ROG Phone 30W charger, Mobile Desktop Dock and ROG Kunai Gamepad controller. 

Asus ROG Phone 2 is available in two storage capacities: 8GB RAM + 128 GB internal memory and 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. The base variant costs Rs 37,999 while the high-end variant is available at Rs 59,999. The devices will be available for sale on Flipkart from September 30.
The device includes 6.59-inch screen with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and 120 Hz refresh rate. The device is based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ chipset and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass cover. It also has 10-bit HDR support. Connectivity features of the smartphone include Wifi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack, USB Type-C port.
Among camera features, Asus ROG Phone 2 includes a dual-camera setup of 48 MP primary sensor and 13 MP wide-angle camera. It has a 24 MP selfie camera and includes 6000 mAH battery with quick charge 4.0 fast charging option.
