New Delhi | Jagran Sports Desk: Prime Minister Narendra Modi turned 69-year-old on Tuesday. On this occasion, sports personalities from Sachin Tendulkar to Hima Das took to social media to pour wishes to PM Modi.

Legendary batsman Sachin Tendulkar recalled PM Modi's efforts to clean India and said that it's an 'inspiration' to millions. "Happy birthday PM Narendra Modi ji. Your vision for a healthier and cleaner India is an inspiration for all. May you always be blessed with good health in life," tweeted Tendulkar.

Team India skipper Virat Kohli wished the Prime Minister success in his pursuit of achieving his missions for the country.

"Wishing our honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi a very happy birthday. Wish you all the good health and success in your pursuit of taking our nation to greater heights," Kohli tweeted .

Prime Minister Modi is in his home state of Gujarat on this day as it has planned a day of fanfare, prayers, and rallies.
