Rajasthan Crisis: HC asks Pilot to file fresh petition against Speaker's disqualification notice on Friday | As it happened
New Delhi | Jagran News Desk: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is set to induct his new cabinet today, two days after rebel leader Sachin Pilot was removed as deputy chief minister and state Congress chief for opening revolt against the former.
Meanwhile, Pilot continues to keep the cards closed over his next move. While he has denied the possibility of joining the BJP, reports suggest that he may be mulling floating his own party, with outside support from the saffron party.
On the other hand, it is believed that the Congress top leadership, particularly Rahul Gandhi, is keen to keep the doors open for Pilot after he declared that he would not join the BJP and rumours were spread to "malign him with the Gandhis".

3:25 pm: Congress Leader Mahesh Joshi had complained to the Speaker. On that complaint, the Speaker had issued a notice under Article 191 of Constitution. This writ petition is questioning the correctness of the notice. The writ also makes a direct allegation against Ashok Gehlot.
