New Delhi | Jagran Trending Desk: It seems that Nagpur police is getting better in meme game, as their recent tweet hilariously inspired people to wear a mask when going outdoors. Nagpur police shared a meme through their official Twitter account that said wear a mask because "Bohot Kuch Hota Hai!"
The meme hailed from the iconic scene of SRK's big hit Kuch Kuch Hota Hai's song, in which Shahrukh Khan hugs Kajol, and meanwhile, he holds the hand of Rani Mukherjee telling her to stay. In the meme, Nagpur police replaces SRK with "You," Kajol with "going out," and Rani Mukherji with a "mask" emphasizing the need to wear a mask when outdoors amid the virulent spread.
Posting the meme they wrote in the caption," Don't let this bond break... Kyunki, Bohot Kuch Hota Hai! #WearAmask #Nagpurpolice."
Maharashtra police had made it mandatory for the people of the state to wear a mask when outdoors, as it is the most badly hit state from the coronavirus infection in India. The state has over 50,000 active cases of the coronavirus, which counts for approximately 33% of the total cases in the country. This calls for frequent updates of awareness, and hence Maharashtra police is radiating the most significant messages in the best way possible.
Earlier, Mumbai police had shared a similar post in April where they compared the difference between the mask that is worn by 'Batman,' and the one we are required to wear currently in order to prevent ourselves from inhaling infected aerosol. In the tweet, the Mumbai police wrote, "How not to wear a mask! #BATforsafetyMAN."
Contributing for the Twitter awareness campaign, Jaipur police too went ahead joining hands with informative humor. Jaipur police posted a poster of song Masakali 2.0 on Twitter, and wrote in the caption," roaming outside their house unnecessarily, the person will be put in a room where Masakali 2.0 will be played on a loop."
