Jaipur | Jagran News Desk: The Rajasthan High Court has reserved its order on a plea filed by Sachin Pilot and 18 rebel Congress MLAs against the disqualification notices issued to them by Assembly Speaker CP Joshi till Friday, July 24. The High Court has also asked the Speaker to not take any action on Pilot and team. The rebel leaders had challenged the Speaker's decision while maintaining that "voicing dissent does not amount to defection". The Speaker, however, has argued that petition filed by Pilot and the rebel MLAs is "premature" and there was no scope for interference by the court given the decision is still pending.
