New Delhi | Jagran News Desk: As the coronavirus cases in the country crossed the 70,000-mark, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday addressed the nation for the third time. In his address, PM Modi said that one virus has devastated the world and claimed lives of around 3 lakh people across the globe.
PM Modi also said that India is in a state of war aginst this coronavirus we should not get tired or give up in this fight against the deadly pandemic.
The address by PM Modi came a day after his marathon meeting with the chief ministers of the Indian states, where he discussed the roadmap after the end of the third phase of the nation-wide lockdown on May 17 imposed to contain the spread of the deadly pathogen.
PM Modi, in his 6-hours long meeting with the CMs had asked for a detailed report by the states till May 15 for further decision on the whether the lockdown should be extended further or not.
