New Delhi | Jagran News Desk: A level 2 fire broke out at a residential building in Mazgaon area in Mumbai, reported news agency ANI. At least two people have been rescued from the fifth floor of the building by fire dept. Seven people are still stranded on the 7th floor. Four fire engines are present at the spot. Fire extinguishing to douse off the fire and rescue operations are underway.

As per preliminary reports, no one has died in the incident. 

According to a report by Mumbai Mirror, the fire broke out in two flats on the sixth floor of Shirin Manzil at Talwadi on St. Mary's Road at Mazgaon around 12.30 pm. City fire brigade chief Prabhat Rahangdale has said that two residents were rescued by fireman on the fifth floor of the building.
