Coronavirus Pandemic: MHA extends COVID-19 lockdown for two more weeks | Highlights
New Delhi | Jagran News Desk: The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has said that the COVID-19 recovery rate has improved to nearly 25.2 per cent, from about 13 per cent a fortnight ago while adding that the dreadful infection has affected over 35,365 and claimed the lives of more than 1,152 people in India so far. As per the Health Ministry data, 9,065 people have been cured and discharged from hospitals.
Meanwhile, authorities across states have began preparations to help lakhs of migrant workers and students reach their homes from different parts of the country where they are stranded for over a month due to the COVID-19 lockdown.
