Coronavirus News: 17 new COVID-19 cases take Uttarakhand's tally to 1,836 | Highlights
New Delhi | Jagran News Desk: The number of confirmed cases of the highly contagious coronavirus in India has increased to 3,32,424 while the death toll has surged to 9,520, said the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare while adding that the recovery rate in the country crossed the 51 per cent mark as 1,69,798 people have been cured and discharged from hospitals.
Amid the worsening situation, the national capital Delhi has become the hotspot for COVID-19 as the number of cases of the deadly infection are growing at an alarming rate. Looking at the current scenario, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has called an all-party meeting today to evaluate the pandemic situation in the national capital.
