New Delhi | Jagran News Desk: Amid the alarming rise in the number of coronavirus cases, the central government has released the guidelines for the second phase of Unlock or "Unlock 2.0". According to the guidelines of Unlokc 2.0, schools, colleges, political events, cinema halls, gyms and swimming pools will continue to remain closed. However, the Centre has eased the night curfew timings by two hours and said that lockdown restrictions will remain in force in containment zones.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also addressed the nation announced extension of the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY), a free ration scheme, for 80 crore people across the country till end of November. In a televised address to the nation, PM Modi also said the government was working on a "one nation, one ration card" initiative.
