New Delhi | Jagran Education Desk: Tamil Nadu Education Minister Senkottayan on Tuesday announced the time-table for Tamil Nadu for the 10th public exam 2020. The education minister stated that the exams would be conducted between June 1 to 12, said a report published in Times Now. He also announced the exam dates for remaining Class XII or higher secondary exams Class 11 Chemistry paper which was postponed due to lockdown to prevent COVID-19 outbreak.

The exams will take place on June 1,3,5,6,8,10 and 12. All the exams will be conducted during forenoon. The subject wise date sheet is provided below

June 1 (Monday)-- Language

June 3 (Wednesday)-- English

June 5 (Friday)-- Mathematics

June 6 (Saturday)-- Optional Language

June 8 (Monday)-- Science

June 10 (Wednesday)-- Social Science

June 12 (Friday)-- Vocational

Meanwhile, the pending exam of Chemistry, Accountancy and Geography (Class 11) would be conducted on June 2. For students of Class 12 would were unable to appear on March 24 exams for chemistry, geography, accounting, the exams would be held on June 4.

The students may note that the official date sheet would be released soon at dge.tn.gov.in. All the students have been advised to check exam dates once they are available online.

The students are required to wear protective gear like masks, follow social distancing in the premises.

Meanwhile, 2,000 mathematics teachers would be roped in to provide online training to students.

The Ministry of HRD has also released the date sheet for remaining Class 10 (north-east Delhi), Class 12 (nationwide) for students enrolled in schools affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Exam (CBSE). The board exams 2020 would be conducted between July 1 to July 15. 

The HRD Ministry has also released that entrance exam dates for JEE Main, Advanced and NEET dates. While JEE Main would be held between July 18-23, NEET or National Entrance Eligibility Test would be conducted on July 26. JEE Advanced would be conducted on August 23.
