New Delhi | Jagran News Desk: Most businesses and economies are reeling under the effect of the pandemic for the past few months. The entertainment industry is one of the worst-affected and as a result, the shooting of various TV serials and shows had been halted.

But slowly and gradually, as work in the entertainment industry resumed, many big actors have started shooting lately in what it is called ‘a new normal’. After a long pause, The shooting of The Kapil Sharma Show has started recently after the lockdown. After a long time, the cast of the show has reached on the set and shooting has been kick-started keeping in view the precautionary measures and official guidelines.

According to the media reports, some scenes of the much-awaited first episode after the lockdown have been shot and now the wait is to begin shooting with the first guest of the show post lockdown. While rumours and speculations over who could be the first guest of the Kapil Sharma show are widely circulated, reports suggest that a celebrity who has been a significant part of the much-talked issues during the lockdown is going to be invited as the first guest for the show.

 

According to a Navbharat Times report, the first episode to be aired after the lockdown will feature actor Sonu Sood as a Guest, who has been in the limelight as the actor has helped thousands of stuck migrant laborers to reach back home in the lockdown. The efforts of the Bollywood star Sonu Sood, popularly known as the worker's Messiah are much appreciated over social media and the actor has been making headlines with arranging buses, trains, and even flights for stranded labourers and students during the nationwide lockdown.

 

The report on Tuesday confirmed that Sonu Sood is going to shoot for The Kapil Sharma Show. This episode is going to air soon on channels. Well, interestingly, this time the Kapil Sharma show is going to be shot without the audience on the show. A new set up, this change is going to be very different for the cast as it hasn’t happened before ever. It will be interesting to see how the show will look like without an audience.

As per the reports, The comedy show is expected to start airing from August 1 on the channel. The pictures and video which emerged on social media from the set indicate that the atmosphere and shooting environment on the sets has changed a lot. Workers and staff members are practicing necessary measures like wearing PPE kits and face masks and actors are also following social distancing measures and sanitizing themselves repeatedly at the set.
