According to Sushant's family, his ashes were immersed in the Ganga near Dighaghat in Patna, where his late mother's ashes had also been immersed. Sushant's father K.K. Singh and his two sisters, along with a 'Pandit', reached the banks of the Ganga and immersed the ashes amid Vedic chanting in the middle of the river by boat.
His death is continuously revealing a box of secrets about the entertainment industry that have had never spoken about and actions have been also taken against some producers who had banned the actor from movies earlier this year. The police are looking for the trigger that had made him took such an extreme step.
A senior Mumbai Police officer after his death said that the family did not know that he was suffering from depression. Police officials found that the actor was taking antidepressants for the last six months. “The family informed us that they do not know why Sushant was depressed and also did not mention if they had any suspicion on anyone”.
