New Delhi | Jagran Entertainment Desk: The untimely death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has shocked the entire country. Sushant, 34, had committed suicide on June 14 at his Bandra residence in Mumbai. During the initial investigation, the police said that the actor was suffering from depression and was taking anti-depression medicines from last six months. However, the exact cause of what triggered him to take this extreme step is not known yet.

Sushant was admired by millions of people and his sudden death has brought outrage on social media. Meanwhile, an India Today report has revealed that Sushant was banned from several top production houses -- Dharma production, Sajid Nadiadwala, YRF, T-Series, Salman Khan, Balaji -- and now his fans are now demanding justice. Sushant’s fans claim that the actor’s death was due to the mental torture by the industry as he was an “outsider”.

Amid this, Bollywood actor Salman Khan, despite the criminal case against him, alleging the ban of the late actor Sushant from his films, took to Twitter on Saturday and urged his fans to stand with Sushant Rajput’s fans.

After a case filed against Salman, fans of Sushant are constantly trolling Salman which has created chaos on social media. Seeing this, Salman said, “A request to all my fans to stand with Sushant's fans n not to go by the language n the curses used but to go with the emotion behind it. Pls support n stand by his family n fans as the loss of a loved one is extremely painful.”

Netizens are opening up the topics of nepotism, favouritism, and the privileged gang in Bollywood. Many actors have also opened up about the Bollywood's dark side after the loss of a prolific actor, like Kangana Ranaut, film director Abhinav Kashyap, Sonu Nigam, Raveena Tandon, Dharmendra, Saif Ali Khan, and others.
