New Delhi | Jagran Entertainment Desk: Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor Ahuja has warned fans and followers not to use ride-hailing app Uber service in London after she had a 'scariest experience'. The 34-year-old who lives in London for almost half of the year owing to his husband Anand Ahuja's business, daid she was 'super shaken' after using the app on Wednesday night.
The Sanju actor and daughter of superstar Anil Kapoor, said her Uber driver was 'unstable and was yelling and shouting' at her. 'I was shaking by the end of it," she wrote on Twitter to her followers nearly 13 million.
The actress who owns property in London tweeted, "Please please be careful. The best and safest is just to use the local public transportation or cabs. I'm super shaken."
Replying to her tweet, Uber replied, "Sorry to hear about this, Sonam. Can you please send us a DM with your email address and mobile so we can look into this?"
However, Sonam was least interested from Uber and replied, "I tried complaining on your app, and just got multiple disconnected replies by bots. You guys need to update your system. The damage is done. There is nothing more you can do."

The Uber incident comes a week after the actress criticised British Airways for allegedly losing her luggage for the second time this month.
On the work front, Sonam was last seen in romantic comedy The Zoya Factor directed by Abhishek Sharma that failed at the box office. The actress has so far featured in over 20 Hindi films.
