From helping flood victims to donating food: How Sushant Singh Rajput went an extra mile to help people in need
New Delhi | Jagran Entertainment: Sushant Singh Rajput, the noted actor who was commonly known as Bollywood’s MS Dhoni, committed suicide on Sunday. Rajput’s sudden demise has left the country in shook and has created a void in the film industry.
The 34-year-old actor, who had his career with the TV show ‘Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil’ and rose to fame from ‘Pavitra Rishta’, was admired by millions for his calm nature and a charismatic personality.
In a very short period, the actor gained the attraction of many people but his untimely death has left his fans broken who have flooded the social media with expressions of grief, condolences and tributes.
Netizens have now taken to social media platforms to share the work Sushant had done for them. This is showing us how great of a man he was, and fans are in tears.
Chief Minister of Nagaland and former Member of Parliament Neiphiu Rio shared a post from the year 2018 in the memory of the late actor. He wrote, “Shocked & saddened to hear about the untimely demise of Sushant Singh Rajput. He personally handed over a cheque to me when Nagaland was affected by floods & landslides in 2018. His love & generous contribution to the people of Nagaland will always be remembered. May his soul RIP”
In the post from 2018, Sushant Singh and team can be seen handing a cheque to the CM, helping people during Nagaland flood. Another screenshot that is taking around on social media is when Sushant helped a fan in Kerala. A netizen told Sushant Singh Rajput on a social media platform that he wants to donate food to people in Kerela but doesn’t have any money and asked for his suggestion as to what he can do to help. The MS Dhoni: The Untold Story actor immediately replied and said that he will transfer fund on his name to help people and he also thanked him for making him do that.

Sushant Singh Rajput died at the age of 34 after he committed suicide at his Bandra house in Mumbai. He was known for his incredible performances in movies like Kai Po Che, Shuddh Desi Romance and MS Dhoni: The Untold Story.
