New Delhi | Jagran Education Desk: The Haryana Board of Secondary Education (HBSE) has decided not to release the result for class 10th board exams on Monday (June 8), confirmed the board in a statement as reported by news agency PTI. The board was supposed to release the class 10th board exam results on Monday (June 8), two months after conducting the exams, but it has now postponed it till July. In a fresh statement, the board officials said that the results will now be declared after holding the science exams which was cancelled after the central government imposed a nationwide lockdown to control the spread of the highlighy contagious coronavirus in the country.

Last year, the Haryana board exams was given by 3,64,967 students and overall passing percentage in the state was 57.39 per cent. The girls across the state had performed better than the boys. The girls' passing percentage was 62 per cent. The boys, on the other hand, had a passing percentage of 55 per cent.


HBSE Result 2020 Date and Time:

Haryana Education Minister Kanwar Pal had earlier confirmed that the HBSE class 10th result will be declared on June 8 by the board. He had also said that the pending exams of class 12th would be conducted in the month of July, adding that the results will come after the completion of board exams.

“The schools could only be opened in July month, but before opening, demo schools would be made operational. Suppose, these are 30 students in one class, only 15 students could be called for attending the classes under demo, and the rest 15 could be called on the next day. The schools could be run in morning and evening shifts and there would be no winter vacations for this year’s session in Haryana,” he had said earlier.

Step 1: Go to the official BSEH website at

Step 2: Click on link at the home page that says “HBSE 10th Result 2020”

Step 3: Now you would need to enter your details like enrollment number, date of birth and other details

Step 4: Your result will be displayed on your screen

Step 5: You are requested to download your result and take a print out for future reference

Haryana class 10th results stats:

Last year, about 3,64,967 candidates had appeared for the Haryana class 10th board exams. Out of the total number of students, 2,09,445 candidates passed the exams and the passing percentage was at 57.39 per cent. The overall girls’ passing percentage was 62 per cent while that of boys was 55 per cent.
