New Delhi | Jagran Education Desk: Ending the wait for thousands of candidates, the Central Board of Secondary Education -- also known as the CBSE -- on Monday (July 13) declared the class 12th board examination result at its official website -- 

"Dear Students, Parents and Teachers! CBSE has announced the results of Class XII and can be accessed at We congratulate you all for making this possible. I reiterate, Student's health and quality education are our priority," tweeted Union Human Resource and Development (HRD) Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank.

The CBSE, however, has announced that it will not release the merit list for class 12th board exams, reported news agency ANI. Though the board has announced that 88.78 per cent candidates were able to pass the exams this year.

The CBSE had postponed the class 10th and class 12th board exam results due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic in the country. The board then in June announced that the remaining exams will be conducted in July. However, the exams were cancelled because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

How can I check my class 12th CBSE board exam result? 

The candidates would need to visit the official CBSE websites -- and Apart from this, the candidates will also be at the UMANG app which is available for android, iOS, and Windows-based Smartphones.
