New Delhi | Jagran Auto Desk: Famous car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki launched its mini SUV S-Presso in the Indian market on Monday. It is designed and conceptualised in India and will be sold across the country via ARENA retail network. S-Presso is loaded with safety features and complaint with all safety regulations. A total of six variants are available for Maruti Suzuki S-Presso.

Maruti Suzuki S-Presso has a 1-liter engine as Alto K10. The BS VI complaint engine has 998 cc, three-cylinder petrol engine and generates up to 90 Nm torque at 3500 rpm and 5500 rpm. It is handled by a five-speed manual gearbox and Maruti's AGS AMT unit. The mini sedan has newly designed headlamps and resembles between Vitara Brezza and S-Presso.

Standard features of the vehicle include ABS with EBD, driver side airbag, reverse parking sensor, co-driver seat belt reminder and speed alert system. Its dimensions are 3565 mm length, 1520 mm width and 1549 mm high.

It includes a wheelbase of 2380 mm, five-member seating capacity and 27-litre fuel capacity. The vehicle has a gross weight of 1170 kg. It is available in six colour options: solid sizzle orange, pearly berry blue, super white, solid fire red, metallic granite grey and metallic silky silver.

Standard: Rs 3.69 lakh
LXi: Rs 4.05 lakh
VXi: Rs 4.24 lakh
VXi+: Rs 4.48 lakh
VXi AMT: Rs 4.67 lakh
VXi+ AMT: Rs 4.91 lakh

Maruti Suzuki S-Presso will compete against rivals Renault Kwid, Datsun Redi-GO and GO, Wagon R and Maruti Alto K10 in the above price category.
