New Delhi| Jagran Auto Desk| Hyundai has launched its all-new SUV, Venue in India starting at price of ₹6.5 lacs.

The venue is available in six models with three engines. It has a direct competition with Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300 and Ford EcoSport. The venue is available both with Petrol and Diesel Engine.

Specifications:

The diesel model is the same 1.4-litre unit as on larger Creta and it develops a power of 90hp and 220Nm of torque. It is paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. It gives a mileage of 18.27kpl.

The petrol model is available with a 1.2-litre engine which develops a power of 83hp. It is paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. It gives a mileage of 17.52kpl.

The third model is a new 1.0-litre turbocharged mill which generates a power of 120hp. It is paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The turbo-petrol can also be had with a 7-speed DCT automatic. The 1.0 turbo-petrol (in automatic and manual configurations) has a claimed best-in-class mileage figures (18.15kpl and 18.27kpl, respectively).

Equipment:

It is equipped with a power steering, AC, front power windows and a 12V socket. It also has an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, diamond cut alloy wheels, wireless charging and the company’s BlueLink connectivity technology.

For safety it has dual airbags, ABS and rear parking sensors are standard across the range with the top variant getting six airbags along with ESC.

Price:

The 1.2 petrol engine model is available at a price of ₹6.50 lakh and ₹7.20 lakhs.

The 1.0 turbo engine is available in six different prices. These are ₹8.21 lakhs, ₹9.35 lakhs, ₹9.54 lakhs, ₹11.11 lakhs, ₹9.69 lakhs, and ₹10.60 lakhs.

The 1.4 diesel engine is available in five different prices. These are ₹7.75 lakhs, ₹8.45 lakhs, ₹9.85 lakhs, ₹9.93 lakhs, ₹10.84 lakhs.
