Dawood Ibrahim In Karachi Hospital After Massive Heart Attack: Reports
India's 'most wanted' criminal Dawood Ibrahim is suffering from many ailments and some reports suggest that he has stopped responding to treatment.
Dawood Ibrahim, India’s ‘most wanted’ criminal has been admitted to a hospital in Karachi after he suffered massive heart attack, said latest media reports.
According to some reports in Pakistani media, the 61-yar-old fugitive has stopped responding to thh treatment and is said to be critical.
However, according to the Times of India, Dawood Ibrahim’s confidante Chhota Shakeel said that “Bhai is fit and fine.”
In fact, a report in The Hindustan Times also said that the ‘mob boss’ is unwell but not critical.
The son of a police constable who later became the boss of Mumbai underworld, Dawood Ibrahim has been living in Pakistan after he fled India following the 1993 serial blasts that killed over 200 people.
Though Islamabad has constantly denied the presence of the mafia boss in Pakistan, various reports suggest otherwise.
According to the reports, Dawood Ibrahim was last seen on April 19 at a house party of ex-Pakistani cricketer Javed Miandad. It should also be kept in mind that Miandad’s son is married to Ibrahim’s daughter at a ceremony in Dubai in 2005.
Interpol has a red corner notice out against Dawood Ibrahim and a host of his associates for their involvement in the 1993 serial blasts.
